Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are not eligible for a refund. Liability: Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the activity, including (but not limited to) water damage to phones or other valuables. Children under the age of 16 have to be accompanied by an adult. Safety Requirements: All participants are required to wear a wetsuit and life jacket at all times while using the equipment. Kayak Rental Duration: Each booking includes a 1-hour rental period. If you exceed this time, you will be charged for an additional hour of kayak rental.
